THE POWER IS IN YOU

THE POWER IS IN YOU

  • "I am so grateful for everything I've learned in this heartwarming Self-Care course. What an eye-opening experience—to realize how little self-care I practice—and what a wonderful gift it is to have received the tools to start doing so. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Alicia Taraji, for sharing your wisdom with this very special group."

  • "It has brought about a very significant change in my emotional, Physical , and mental state, as it has allowed me to make connections between these three aspects and to consciously feel my body—to get to know it, understand it, and identify certain aspects that have unconsciously represented traumas in my life. Starting with the second session, I could feel how emotions affected my body—the area where I felt “something”—and little by little I’m learning to describe them and work through them. Furthermore, all this work has had a positive impact on the way I relate to my personal and professional environments. Sharing space with Alicia is an honor; she makes you feel at ease, in a space of peace, tranquility, and freedom from judgment. I highly recommend practicing TCTSY—it will mark a turning point in people’s lives.”

  • "Even though I understood that meditation is essential for physical Physical, and spiritual well-being, I couldn't see it as a viable practice for me; it seemed like something meant only for very enlightened minds and difficult to achieve. However, in this course, I was guided step by step in a very pleasant way, which made everything easier. I learned how to manage the thoughts that arise during meditation without losing my focus."

    Monica

  • "Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect when I started practicing Trauma-Informed Yoga. By the third session, I was aware of a shift in my relationship with my body, and by the seventh, I knew I had made the right decision when I was able to trust and listen to the wisdom within me in difficult situations. I’ve been so disconnected from my body that I never thought I could achieve a level of connection with myself that went beyond the mind. I consciously began my journey of change 10 years ago, and practicing with Alicia / Chiti Yoga has been a great source of enrichment along the way."

  • The breathing course has helped me focus and calm my anxiety, frustration, and anger. By putting your teachings into practice, I am able to live in the present moment with awareness and appreciate my life. Thank you!

  • "I am 65 years old. Last year, I suffered from severe depression and a severe psychotic episode. For many years, I had been suffering from a psychological disorder—a phobia called agoraphobia, or the fear of open spaces. Crossing open spaces made me feel very insecure and afraid; I always needed the support of a cane or another person. For years, this disorder affected me to varying degrees. Last year, it manifested with full intensity—to the point that I came to believe I would never regain my independence to walk alone or cross streets on my own, without help. One day, around the eighth session, I discovered that I could walk through open spaces with complete confidence and freedom—the fear and trauma were gone! For me, this is a wonderful achievement that brings freedom and happiness. I will always be deeply grateful to Alice for helping me achieve this wonderful milestone in my life.”

  • "A course that challenges you to think about how you take care of yourself and encourages you to reflect on it, so you can make changes in your life and establish routines to develop better personal habits. I loved it!"

    Ernesto

¡Gracias Taraji!"

    Ana

  • "I couldn't concentrate when I tried to meditate. My thoughts would constantly jump from one thing to another, and this made me anxious. I thought my mind had to be completely blank all the time. The different breathing techniques I learned here are basic, yet extremely important, tools for achieving the state of relaxation and concentration needed for meditation. Thanks to them, I've made great progress, and I've now incorporated this practice into my daily routine."

    Leticia

  • "I had never consciously breathed before, and I didn't know what effects it would have on my body and mood. Alicia Taraji always guided me with calm and peace, making it an experience that was sometimes serene, sometimes energizing, and other times relaxing. I recently had an anxiety attack, and by using this breathing technique, I was quickly able to bring it under control. I feel very fortunate to have been able to have this experience."
